Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and conduct regular practices and training sessions.
• Teach fundamental skills, techniques, and strategies for the sport.
• Instill teamwork, respect, discipline, and perseverance.
• Manage game preparation, including strategy and player development.
• Ensure student-athlete safety by following supervision and risk management practices.
• Promote academic success by supporting eligibility and balancing athletics and academics.
• Communicate with athletic directors, administrators, parents, and athletes about schedules and goals.
• Oversee equipment, uniforms, and facility usage with proper care and accountability.
• Adhere to district, state, and governing rules and regulations.
