Qualifications

• Active unrestricted MD/DO license in the practicing state.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• Willingness to work in a mobile, post-acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care across SNF and LTACH facilities.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit 2-3 facilities per day, 20-30 patients daily.
• Document care in real-time using proprietary EMR.
