Job Description

To assist with burn dressing care for patients in the hospital and ambulatory setting with burns and complex wounds. To cleanse wounds, apply enzymatic debridement and biological and synthetic dressing application. To apply and maintain the vacuum assisted wound closure device. To provide face care and the care of burn grafts and donor sites.

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED and one (1) year relevant experience required. Must successfully complete in-house wound care training program. Certified with Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
