Job summary

Vohra Wound Physicians seeks a part-time bariatric surgeon to deliver bedside wound care in the Hyattsville, MD area. The role offers autonomy, a flexible schedule, and a balanced 3-day minimum workweek, with typical days Monday–Friday, 7am–4pm; part-time options available. You will visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius, perform 2–3 visits daily, and document in real-time.

No weekend duties or on-call. On‑boarding includes paid training and a six‑month wound care fellowship.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• W2 employment contract; no work-visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute facilities.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius, 2–3 facilities per day.
• Document clinical data in real time during rounds.
• No nights, no on‑call, no weekend clinical duties.
