Vibra Healthcare is seeking a PRN Wound Care Registered Nurse for our Vibra Hospital of Denver in Thornton, CO. The role focuses on wound, ostomy, and skin integrity, with opportunities for growth through our Clinical Career Ladder for full-time staff.

You will develop and implement care plans, educate patients and families, and work with a multidisciplinary team in a dynamic, patient-centered environment. A valid RN license in Colorado, BLS certification, and wound care experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license to practice in the state of employment.
• BLS certification from Vibra-approved vendor.
• One year of wound care experience required.
• Wound care certification within 6 months of hire preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and evaluates a plan of care for patients with wound care needs and families.
• Provides education on wound care and skin integrity to patients, families, and staff.
• Direct care with supervision and delegation of nursing care; uphold standards and collaborate with teams.
