Job summary

Windsor Rehab and Healthcare Center in Windsor, NC is hiring a Full-Time Wound Care Nurse to deliver skin and wound care, obtain treatment orders from physicians, and support care plans.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Current state RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound and skin care treatments per orders and policies.
• Obtain treatment orders from physicians and adjust regimens accordingly.
• Supervise staff and ensure resident safety and care plan adherence.
• Administer medications within nursing scope and maintain records.
• Coordinate with wound physician and PCP; participate in rounds.
• Complete weekly skin sheets and Braden assessments as applicable.
