Job summary

MultiCare Health System is seeking a Wound Care RN to join our float pool in Auburn, WA. This per diem, part-time role offers a flexible schedule and a chance to provide comprehensive wound care in a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing with WA RN licensure, BLS certification, and wound care credentials or the ability to obtain them within 18 months. Previous wound/ostomy experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required or obtained within five years from hire date.
• RN with 15+ years of service or internal candidates hired before Jan 1, 2021 may be considered in lieu of education requirement.
• Current RN license in WA or Multistate License endorsement (MLS) and current BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Organize patient care by prioritizing, delegating, delivering and evaluating on an ongoing basis.
• Deliver nursing care using the nursing process according to policies and protocols.
• Collaborate with the nursing team to improve quality of care and patient experience.
