Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Conduct skilled nursing visits and assess patient needs.
• Administer medications and provide wound care treatments.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and report changes in patient condition.
