Job summary

Emerald Health & Rehab in Lillington, NC is seeking an RN or LPN to join our team as a skilled nursing leader. You will assess residents’ needs, develop care plans, administer nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure high-quality care in compliance with state and federal standards.

Requires current NC RN or LPN license, CPR, infection control training, English communication, and availability for full-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active NC RN or LPN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Infection prevention and control training completed or within first week.
• Ability to communicate in English and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Minimum two years RN/LPN experience in healthcare; long-term care preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents’ needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer nursing care and supervise nursing assistants.
• Ensure care delivery complies with state and federal standards.
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other staff.
