Qualifications

• Current RN license in Texas.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• 1–2 years of wound care experience or related field.
• Strong understanding of wound care principles and technologies.
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care services including assessments, debridement, dressing changes, and therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized wound care plans with other professionals.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and document outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on wound care techniques and prevention.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.
