Job summary

Mercy is hiring an RN to provide comprehensive patient care, following the nursing process and Mercy Service Standards. You will coordinate with multiple departments, evaluate care effectiveness, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality.

The role requires licensure, BLS, and a nursing degree from an accredited program. Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, etc.) may be required depending on unit needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current RN license in Oklahoma or compact licensure where duties are performed.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; ACLS/NRP/other unit certifications may be required by unit.
• Ability to perform nursing duties following Mercy’s mission, values and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care.
• Maintains professional accountability for provided patient care.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of care by other direct caregivers.
• Coordinates patient care with other departments.
