Baptist Health Shelby Hospital in Alabaster, AL is seeking a Registered Nurse Wound Care to join a growing team. This full-time role supports ambulatory care services and patient education, delivering compassionate care to diverse patients in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing or higher.
• Active Alabama RN license with current BLS certification.
• ACLS/NRP/PALS/TNCC may be required for designated units.

Responsibilities

• Provide ambulatory care nursing to promote wellness and patient comfort.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
• Coordinate and document patient care across the care team.
• Maintain patient safety and educate patients and families.
• Participate in continuous improvement and regulatory compliance.
