Qualifications

• Graduate of a school of Nursing.
• Wound Care Certification preferred.
• Experience in Medical Surgical, home health, or wound care preferred.
• Current NY RN license. CPR certification; IV or phlebotomy certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with the physician plan.
• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care per age group.
• Coordinate and implement care specific to wound care patients.
• Ensure care is compassionate, safe, and meets quality standards.
