Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Wound Care RN to deliver expert, evidence-based wound management for acute and chronic conditions. In this role you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized wound care plans, perform advanced treatments and dressing changes, and collaborate with physicians and the care team.

You’ll educate patients and families on prevention and home care, document progress, and uphold infection control and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in state where practicing.
• Experience in wound care management preferred.
• Strong assessment and care planning skills.

Responsibilities
