Job summary

The Clinical Program Director at Healogics is responsible for the management and growth of the Wound Care program across the assigned area, including daily operations, staff leadership, financial oversight, quality improvement, and client relationships.

This RN leadership role requires an active RN license, a BSN or related field preferred, and strong skills in communication, budgeting, and travel to collaborate with hospital partners.

Qualifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred.
  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field preferred.
  • 4+ years of marketing/community education in healthcare or clinical operations experience.
  • Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day center operations and wound care programs.
  • Lead staff, education, quality improvement, and performance results.
  • Manage revenue cycle and fiscal performance with hospital partner.
  • Develop and execute marketing plans to increase referrals and community presence.
  • Maintain regulatory compliance and patient safety standards.
