Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute facilities (SNFs and LTACHs).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Document care in real time during rounds using the EMR.
