Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state medical license required.
• DEA license required.
• Ability to maintain rapport with facility staff and patients.

Responsibilities

• Round weekly at assigned facilities within territory.
• Perform medical procedures such as debridement as necessary.
• Document each patient encounter in EMR.
