Job summary

UNC Health Medical Group in Goldsboro, NC is seeking a Wound Care Physician to join the Wayne Wound Care team. The role supports a busy practice with 2 physicians and 2 APPs, offers hospital privileges and consults, and operates weekdays with no after-hours hospital calls.

Qualified candidates are MD or DO graduates, board-certified or eligible, with wound care experience; advanced HBOT training is preferred. Relocation assistance and a generous benefits plan are available.

Qualifications

• MD or DO graduate from an accredited medical school.
• Wound care experience or training required.
• Advanced training in wound management and HBOT preferred.
• New trainees are welcome to apply.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.

Responsibilities

• Debridement and wound bed preparation.
• Topical wound therapy administration.
• Growth-factor and tissue therapy applications.
• Dressing selection and wound care management.
