Qualifications

• Active unrestricted MD/DO license in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• Mobile practice within a 40–60 mile radius of the practice location.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings (Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long‑Term Acute Care Hospitals).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities.
• Document care in real‑time during rounds using the proprietary wound‑specific EMR.
