Job summary

Vohra Physicians in New York, NY, is seeking a Wound Care Physician to join our national wound physician group. The role emphasizes clinical satisfaction, autonomy and work-life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend clinical responsibilities.

You will treat patients at bedside in post-acute care facilities, perform weekly wound rounds, and participate in real-time EMR documentation. The position offers paid training, part- to full-time options, and a mobile practice serving facilities

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week

Responsibilities

• Deliver modern wound management at bedside in post-acute care settings (Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• No nights, no call, no weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Mobile practice visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius.
• Visit 2‑3 facilities per day, treating approximately 20–30 patients per day.
• Real-time clinical documentation at point of care during rounds using our proprietary wound-specific EMR.
