Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks an Infectious Disease Physician specialized in wound care to join a national bedside wound care group. You will provide care across post-acute facilities with a focus on autonomy and work-life balance.

Full-time or part-time roles available; no nights, no weekends. You will work within a 40–60 mile radius, treating 20–30 patients daily, with real-time documentation and paid training. Competitive compensation between $200,000 and $350,000 annually plus full health and retirement

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• W2 employment; no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute settings (SNFs, LTACHs).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities.
• Visit 40–60 mile radius; 2–3 facilities per day; treat 20–30 patients daily.
• Document real-time during rounds using proprietary wound-specific EMR.
