Job summary

National Wound Physician Group is seeking a Wound Care Physician to deliver bedside wound care in post-acute settings. The role emphasizes autonomy, satisfaction, and work‑life balance with no nights, no call, and no weekend duties.

Positions include training through our wound fellowship, with W2 employment and a 30‑hour work week equivalent in compensation, plus benefits; full‑time or part‑time options available across multiple facilities.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings (Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Visit facilities within a 40–60 mile radius; manage 20–30 patients per day.
• Document real-time during rounds using our wound‑specific EMR.
