Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state of practice.
• Wound care certification or focused experience preferred.
• Willingness to work in a mobile practice with facility visits.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute facilities.
• Perform weekly wound rounds at multiple facilities.
• Document care in real-time using the wound‑specific EMR.
