Job summary

Skilled Wound Care in Tucson, AZ is seeking motivated physicians (Surgeons, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine) to join our national wound care group. You will manage patient outcomes based on your clinical expertise and direction.

Provide comprehensive wound care to nursing facility patients using debridement, advanced dressings, and amniotic tissue. Full-time physicians receive extensive training including 36 CME hours, conferences, and workshops.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Not required to have completed a full residency or be Board Certified/Eligible.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to patients in nursing facilities using wound care techniques including debridement, advanced dressings, and amniotic tissue.
• Collaborate with a team to manage patient outcomes based on clinical expertise and direction.
• Utilize a custom software system to reduce physician administrative time.

Meaningful work: Provide comprehensive care to patients in nursing facilities, utilizing the latest advancements in wound healing, including debridement, advanced dressings, and application of amniotic tissue.

Comprehensive Physician Wound Care Training provided by Skilled Wound Care:

• 36 hours of company-provided CME
• Conferences
• Workshops
• Full-time physicians can earn an average starting pay of $250,000 -$300,000 annually. Earn up to $400,000 with additional services and performance-based bonuses. No earning cap.

  • Quarterly bonus program with the potential to earn up to 30% extra income

Time commitment:

• No call
• Work together with your team to build a schedule that works for you.
• Custom software system that is designed to reduce our physician’s admin and documentation time.

Requirements:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. You do not need to have completed a full residency program and do not need to be Board Certified/Eligible.
