Job summary

Vohra Wound Physicians seeks a part-time wound care physician in Indianapolis, IN to provide bedside wound care in post-acute facilities. This mobile role operates within a 40–60 mile radius, with 2–3 facilities per day and 20–30 patients daily.

You will join a program offering paid training, a 6-month wound fellowship, and a W2 employment path with benefits. No visa sponsorship is available.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted MD/DO license in the practicing state.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute care settings.
• Deliver care in SNFs and LTACHs with weekly wound rounds.
• Visit 2–3 facilities per day within a 40–60 mile radius.
• Document care in real-time using our EMR.
• Participate in paid onboarding and 6‑month wound fellowship.

Requirements

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Practice Overview

• Full time work: Monday - Friday (7am-4pm) or part time available.
• No call / No weekend clinical responsibilities.
• Physicians deliver modern wound management at the bedside in the post-acute care setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.
• Our physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Part-time role is a minimum of 3 days per week. Full time role is 4 - 5 days per week.
• This is a mobile practice: The physicians visit facilities in a 40 – 60 mile radius of practice location.
• Our physicians visit 2-3 facilities per day treating approximately 20-30 patients per day.
• Clinical documentation is at point of care, in real-time during clinical rounds, using our proprietary wound specific EMR.
• Paid Training is provided during onboarding + 6 months wound care fellowship
• W2 employment contract (No work visa sponsorship is available)
