Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills for interactions with patients, families, physicians, and staff.
• Licensed registered nurse in Ohio (OH) active.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nursing personnel comply with standards, practices, and regulatory requirements for high-quality resident care.
• Support development and implementation of nursing department budgets with facility administration.
• Implement compliance and quality improvement policies and procedures.
• Surveillance, rounding, analyzing and reporting healthcare-associated infections.
• Develop infection prevention policies meeting state, federal, and accrediting standards.
• Lead infection prevention initiatives and act as a resource and educator.
