Job Details

Position: Nurse Practitioner (Licensed NP)

Location: In person in Dublin, OH

Employment Type: Full-time, Day shift, Monday to Friday, Flexible Schedule

Salary Range: $115,000 - $120,000 per year (pay range provided by Mobile Wound Healing LLC; actual pay based on experience and skills)

Responsibilities

• Travel to scheduled locations weekly for wound rounds at various homes or facilities in Columbus area
• Provide high-quality wound care services in homes and partner facilities
• Perform bedside wound care including assessment, debridement, dressing application, pressure relief, pain/odor management, and minor surgical procedures
• Track wound healing progress and document in EHR
• Develop and implement individualized wound care treatment plans
• Educate patients, families, and staff to promote understanding and healing

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in nursing and valid unrestricted state licensure
• Desire to work with geriatric population
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
• Experience in quality patient care and home health (preferred)
• Wound Certified and graduate of an approved Nurse Practitioner Program
• Licensed by Ohio State Board of Nursing and in good standing with DEA License
