Skilled Wound Care | New York, NY + Extensive Regional Travel | Full-Time | $ 75,000 - $ 90,000 + Quarterly Bonus
Take your wound care passion on the road.
Skilled Wound Care is hiring a Wound Care Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN/LPN) to join our growing team as a Regional Clinical Liaison. We're a fast-growing mobile surgical wound care physician group, bringing specialized wound care to skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) and long-term care communities in new markets across the U.S.
If you're a wound care nurse who loves meeting new people and wants a job that isn't tied to one building, this role is for you. You'll be the link between our wound care physicians and the facilities we serve, helping patients with chronic wounds get specialist care and supporting the nursing teams who care for them every day.
Travel is at the heart of this role. You'll spend most of your week on the road, not behind a desk.
Daily regional travel: You'll drive to multiple skilled nursing facilities across your assigned territory each day.
Out-of-state travel: You'll travel as needed to help launch Skilled Wound Care in brand-new markets.
Overnight stays: Some trips may require overnight stays, especially during new market launches.
If you love variety, exploring new places, and the freedom of working in the field, you'll feel right at home.
No two days are the same. You'll visit different facilities, meet new teams, and see new places every week.
Help build something new. You'll be part of the team that brings Skilled Wound Care to new cities and states.
Share what you know. You'll support facility staff with wound care education, documentation best practices, and prevention strategies.
Make a visible difference. You'll help track healing progress and see the impact as patients get the care they need.
Build new skills. You'll learn business development, account management, and healthcare operations, plus get an education stipend toward wound care certifications like WCC.
