Job summary

Touchstone Communities in The Heights of Bulverde, TX is seeking a Treatment Nurse to protect skin integrity, deliver individualized wound care with compassion, and serve residents and families with clinical excellence.

You’ll need a Texas RN or LVN license (or Compact) and strong bedside judgment; collaborate with physicians and the care team, document clearly, educate residents and families, and uphold our faith‑grounded mission of making lives better every day.

Qualifications

• Current Texas RN or LVN license, or Compact State equivalent.
• Strong clinical judgment and meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience in wound care or skilled nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized wound and treatment care with excellence and compassion.
• Assess and monitor skin integrity, enabling early intervention.
• Collaborate with physicians and the care team to support healing.
• Document clearly and accurately with strong attention to detail.
• Educate residents, families, and team on wound prevention and care best practices.
