Palm Garden of Pinellas is seeking a dedicated Wound Care Nurse to support residents in our Florida post-acute care community. You will assess wounds, provide dressing changes, and collaborate with the care team to optimize healing and comfort.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate patient care, and ongoing professional development through CE opportunities and flexible scheduling.

Qualificações

• Active and Clear RN license is required.
• Wound Care Certification preferred.
• Point Click Care experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Check pressure injuries, surgical wounds, and skin tears. Clean and dress wounds based on the care plan.
• Track wound progress, measure wounds, document changes, and adjust treatment as needed.
• Guide nursing staff on proper skin care, repositioning and prevention of pressure injuries.
