Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing required.
• Master's Degree in Nursing preferred.

• Certification in Wound Ostomy and Continence Nursing (WOCN) required.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate patient assessments.
• Develop and initiate care plans incorporating patient and family needs.
