Each client is individually assessed by a Registered Nurse to develop a personalized Plan of Care, which our employees follow to deliver top-notch care. Care needs range from simple companionship care to round-the-clock skilled nursing care, and everything in between.

Role Overview:

As a Wound Care Nurse at BrightStar Care, you will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to clients with wounds. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with clients, families, and healthcare teams to develop effective care plans aimed at promoting healing and comfort. Whether you work directly at client locations, you'll have the flexibility to manage your schedule and provide exceptional care.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assess wounds and develop individualized care plans to promote healing.

Employment Type & Availability:

This position is Part-Time, available most days of the week, and pay is per visit, not per hour.

Location:

This position is on-site only in Peru, Illinois.
