Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive wound care services to patients with acute and chronic wounds.

• Implement evidence-based wound care practices, including debridement, dressing changes, and wound cleansing.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary to achieve optimal wound outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to promote wound healing and prevention.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and outcomes.
