The role requires active licensure and a valid driver’s license, with weekday commitment and no on-call evenings or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop wound care plans.
• Collaborate with facility staff to implement wound care plans.
• Perform wound debridement and prescribe appropriate wound dressings.
• Educate nursing staff and communicate with families and clinical teams.
• Order medications and provide clear usage instructions.
• Provide quality geriatric patient care.
