Job summary

Lincoln Hospital, Boothbay Harbor, Maine, invites a part-time Advanced Practice Provider (APRN or PA) to join the Wound Care Clinic. Work is based in a 25-bed critical access setting with a focus on chronic wounds and no after-hours calls.

You will assess patients, formulate treatment plans with an interdisciplinary team, and contribute to excellent patient outcomes in a supportive MaineHealth environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.
• Eligible to obtain APRN or PA license in the State of Maine; DEA certification.
• ACLS and PALS certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments in wound care to determine type, size, and severity of wounds.
• Develop and manage individualized care plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
• Provide specialized wound care in a part-time Wound Care Clinic setting with no after-hours calls.
