Job summary

CareMed Health Solutions seeks a Wound NP to deliver comprehensive wound care in long-term care facilities. You will assess, diagnose, and manage wounds, prescribe medications, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted NP license in OH
• Board Certification
• DEA licensure (Optional)
• Experience with wound care management

Responsibilities

• Provide wound care services for long-term care patients in skilled nursing facilities
• Prescribe medications per OH law
• Order/review treatments and tests and follow-up
• Collaborate with nursing home staff and primary care physicians
• Coordinate with care plan and interdisciplinary team
