Heartline Staffing seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) to deliver specialized wound care across a network of skilled nursing facilities in Shoreline and Central Connecticut. The role offers a flexible weekday schedule with no on-call, and independent practice across multiple facilities with a typical volume of 90–100 patients per week.

EMR is DocNow, with mileage reimbursement for eligible commuting distance.

Qualifications

• DDS Or DMD REQUIRED
• Active Indiana Dental License Or Eligibility For Indiana Licensure REQUIRED
• Ability To Provide Comprehensive Dental Care REQUIRED
• Comfortable Performing The Full Scope Of General Dentistry Procedures REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide Specialized Wound Care
• Perform Debridement
• Practice Independently Across Multiple Skilled Nursing Facilities
• Manage A Typical Patient Volume Of 90-100 Patients Per Week
• Build Long-Term Relationships With Patients And Facilities
