Qualifications

• Unrestricted NP license in state of practice.
• Must pass state and federal background checks.
• Basic EHR knowledge.
• Team player.
• 1 year wound care experience.
• Wound Care Certification preferred.
• Must own a vehicle for commuting to centers.
• Willing to commute to various boroughs.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized wound care treatment in outpatient, inpatient, or post-acute setting.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on wound care management.
