Job summary
RestorixHealth is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse / HBO Technician to provide wound care and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. This role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams, patient assessments, and chamber operations.

Qualifications
- Must have a valid and current BLS from the American Heart Association.
- CPR certification from the American Heart Association is required.
- Certification as EMT-B/EMT-I/EMT-CC/EMT-P, RN or LVN/LPN in the state of work; advanced certs considered.
Responsibilities
- Prepare patients referred for treatment.
- Participate in quality improvement and data collection for QA & Education.
- Document care accurately in the EMR per policy.
- Provide therapy and hyperbaric chamber operations and maintenance.
- Recognize and respond to changes in patient condition.
- Enter all patient notes into RHX’s EMR system.
- Adhere to HIPAA and privacy policies.
