Job summary

Meeker Memorial is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for Wound Care & Clinic in Litchfield, MN. This part-time role focuses on rooming, vitals, wound care, dressings, and coordinating with the provider and interprofessional team.

You will perform routine LPN duties, monitor patient conditions, document care, manage supplies, and support the wound clinic schedule in a fast-paced clinic setting. MN license and CPR required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing with current MN license.
• CPR certification required.
• Strong knowledge of infection control and safety procedures.
• Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Rooming, vitals, wound assessment and dressing changes.
• Update provider orders and communicate with the care team.
• Assist with wound therapies (wound vac, ultramist therapy).
• Order supplies and manage clinic workflow.
• Maintain patient records and documentation.
