Rosaires Care is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality wound management within a patient-centered care team. You will assess wounds, perform dressing changes, monitor healing, and document progress in the EMR while collaborating with RNs and providers.

Formación

• LPN licensure is required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct wound assessments and evaluate healing progress.
• Perform dressing changes and provide appropriate wound care treatments.
