Lever, Inc. seeks an Internal Medicine Physician to join our National Wound Physician Group, focusing on wound care with no nights, no call, and no weekend duties.

The position is mobile, serving facilities within a 40–60 mile radius and conducting bedside care across post-acute settings. We offer full-time or part-time options, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package including malpractice with tail.

Qualifications

• Active MD/DO license in the practicing state.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute settings (SNFs, LTACHs).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Travel 40–60 miles radius; treat 20–30 patients per day.
