Vohra Wound Physicians seeks a part-time Infectious Disease physician to provide bedside wound care across facilities in the Chicago area. This role emphasizes autonomy, a no nights/no weekends schedule, and a 45-hour work week for full-time equivalents, with a focus on modern wound management and training from experienced wound-certified trainers.

The position offers paid training, facility visits, and a W2 employment contract with benefits.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practice.
• Minimum commitment of 3 weekdays per week.

Responsibilities

• Deliver bedside wound care in post-acute care settings (SNFs and LTACHs).
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.
• Mobile practice visiting facilities within a 40–60 mile radius of practice location.
• Utilize proprietary wound-specific EMR for real-time documentation.
