Job summary

National Wound Physician Group seeks a Full-Time Emergency Medicine Physician to perform bedside wound care across multiple facilities in the Houston area. The role emphasizes autonomy, flexibility, and comprehensive wound management training.

The positions offer a typical 7am–4pm weekday schedule (Mon–Fri) with options for part-time, and a mobile practice within a 40–60 mile radius. Compensation averages around $300,000 annually with benefits.

Qualifications

• Active unrestricted MD/DO license in the practice state.
• Commitment of 3 weekdays per week.
• Full-time commitment (4–5 days a week)
• Mobile wound care across facilities within radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide bedside wound care in post-acute settings.
• Conduct weekly wound rounds at facilities.
• Deliver care across 2–3 facilities per day, treating 20–30 patients daily.
• Document clinical rounds in real-time using EMR.
