Job summary

Sage Hills Church is seeking a full-time Production Assistant to join our team. In this hands-on role you’ll support Sunday services and events with sound, lighting, visuals, and production technology.

You will work with our Production Director and Encounter Team to maintain equipment, recruit and train volunteers, and help bring worship experiences to life. If you are positive, dependable, and eager to learn, we’d love to hear from you!

Qualifications

• Experience with church production or live events is a plus.
• Familiarity with AV equipment and software is helpful.
• Team player with willingness to learn and grow in ministry.

Responsibilities

• Support Sunday services and special events with sound, lighting, and visuals.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment across campus.
• Recruit, schedule, and train a dedicated team of production volunteers.
