• Theological training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead worship regularly on Sundays.
• Plan services alongside our pastoral team.

• Recruit, train, schedule, and shepherd musicians and vocalists.

• Lead weekly rehearsals.
• Supervise AVL Coordinator and oversee sound, lighting, livestream, ProPresenter, and production volunteers.
• Steward the worship and production budget.
• Prepare ministry for the new building opening in 2027.

We are looking for a Worship Ministry Director who loves Jesus more than music and senses a clear call to lead and shepherd people in worship.

What We Are Looking For

Candidates Should Have
