Qualifications

• Seminary or ministry training and core biblical/theological coursework.
• Pastoral experience and shepherding God’s people is valuable.
• 3–5 years in church leadership preferred.
• Talented vocalist and musician capable of leading in multiple genres.
• Strong relational and organizational skills; time management is essential.
• Proven track record recruiting and developing worship leaders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead the worship ministries of the SRC.
• Develop and lead the worship teams; shepherd volunteers.
• Collaborate with ministry leadership for church-wide initiatives.
• Coordinate musicians and vocalists for funerals and weddings; lead worship planning.
• Ensure song choices with theology and congregational participation; scripture integration.
