Qualifications

• At least two years of college in music or equivalent experience in a chapel/church setting.
• Broad knowledge of contemporary and blended Praise & Worship music.
• Ability to lead a Protestant contemporary and blended praise team.
• Detailed knowledge and ability to sight-read sheet music for piano.
• Proficient in playing piano/keyboard or guitar.
• Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.

Responsibilities

• Provide musical directorship for the Protestant Service at Wright Patterson AFB.
• Lead the praise team and congregation in worship.
• Coordinate support requirements with the Chaplain.
• Assist in developing an annual calendar of events.
• Recruit volunteer musicians and singers.
• Provide A/V lyrics for all services as required.
