Job summary

Como Park Lutheran Church seeks a Director of Music Ministries to lead worship with piano, organ, and choral directions, enriching services and events.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in piano and organ accompaniment for worship services.
• Experience directing adult and/or bell choirs is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with pastoral staff and worship committee.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary piano and organ accompaniment for Sunday worship and special services.
• Direct the Adult Choir and Bell Choir.
• Collaborate to plan worship services and select appropriate music.
• Coordinate and schedule instrumentalists, vocalists, and music offerings.
• Oversee care and maintenance of church instruments and equipment.
