Job summary

The SBC Executive Committee seeks a Pastor of Worship & Media to lead the church's worship and media ministries under the Senior Pastor. You will oversee worship services, technical production, and church communications, with emphasis on developing the music ministry and mentoring volunteers.

This role requires collaboration with pastoral staff, planning weekly worship, managing equipment and budgets, and producing media content for outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience leading worship ministries in a church setting.
• Ability to recruit and train volunteers for worship and media teams.
• Strong communication and collaboration with pastoral staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and evaluate all aspects of the church's worship ministry.
• Recruit, train, disciple, and lead worship team members, musicians, vocalists, and technical volunteers.
• Oversee weekly worship services and special events in collaboration with the Senior Pastor.
• Oversee rehearsals and ensure excellence in worship leadership and service execution.
• Oversee worship ministry equipment, technology, and budget, including audio, instruments, lighting, Planning Center, ProPresenter, and livestream preparation.
